DESIGN
Using the latest 3D modelling software, RS engineers work closely with our customers to design and develop attachments which are durable, best suited for local conditions and maximise machine and operator efficiency in a wide range of applications.
PRODUCTION
Our Robotic Welding Cell combined with our in house laser cutting and bending services, enable us to maintain and exceed manufacturing standards to produce the highest quality product.
Superior attachments require superior material and manufacturing methods in order to produce attachments which are able to stand up to the tough abrasive conditions they are subject to. RS attachments use automated CNC processes such as laser cutting to produce accurate sheet metal components, robotic press breaks to form these components and robotic welding to fabricate all attachments.
This is all done in house at our state of the art facilities located in Wangara, which allows RS to maintain a high level of quality throughout the complete process from design and manufacturing to final paint so you can count on RS attachments to keep performing time and time again.
